M&A Associate [Remote]

We're a rapidly growing firm and we're looking for an M&A Associate to join our lean, remote team to help our clients in processing deals.We're fast growing and you'll have ample career growth opportunities as we continue to scale.Your Main Responsibilities: We're looking for a M&A Associate who'll work with our client's deals to take the information we've organized for them to: 1) Deal Sourcing & Inquiry - Proactively identify potential deal listings that align with partner preferences or investment criteria. 2) NDA Management - Obtain and manage Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to access confidential deal information. 3) Partner Email Management - Organize and label emails, flag important messages for follow-up, and ensure no key correspondence is missed. 4) Document Management (CIM & Financials) - Once an NDA is executed, collect the Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) and related financials from the broker. 5) Broker Communication & Relationship Management - Maintain consistent, professional communication with brokers to gather information, follow up on inquiries, and track deal status. 6) Scheduling Broker Intro Calls - Schedule introductory calls between brokers and designated team membersYou MUST Have: - Experience analyzing deals both in terms of numbers and business operations, the numbers and financials are a small, small piece of it.You Should Have: - 1+ year experience working in a relevant role (M&A, investment banking, accounting, private equity, etc) - Some financial analysis exposure and want to learn more - Some experience in presenting a deal and reviewing a deal - A strong communication skills (verbal and written) - A strong self-starter mindset to improve your skills and strive to be better - Excellent analytical skills - Intellectual curiosity and rigorWhat We Offer: - An essential role that will grow to managing a team - The opportunity to take part in equity and profit sharing in our growing firm - Work from anywhere
