The position involves providing responsive and effective customer support, addressing inquiries, offering tailored assistance, and resolving challenges to promote high customer satisfaction. Key day-to-day tasks include assisting clients with technical issues, troubleshooting trading platform concerns, and delivering exceptional service to ensure a positive client experience.Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Strong Interpersonal and communication skills Experience in Technical Support and related troubleshooting Analytical Skills for resolving customer issues effectively Knowledge of financial markets, especially Prop Trading, is a plus Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a remote environment Familiarity with CRM tools and support platforms is advantageous
