As a team leader, you will be responsible for managing the SDR team and owning the team’s lead gen quota. You will be guiding the SDRs - ensuring the adoption of best practices amongst the SDRs, keeping the team motivated towards achieving and surpassing the quota. As an SDR yourself, you will have a lead generation target. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts and effectively engage with US-based customers.What you’ll do: Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation - generate warm leads and set up meetings with potential customers Work cross-functionally with Marketing to improve Account to Meeting Booked conversion rates from Outbound within a set of assigned accounts Work in collaboration with Content, Marketing Program Managers, and Product Marketing to develop effective messaging to convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline Accurately forecasts weekly, monthly, quarterly attainment to the management. Planning and executing outbound sales campaigns which includes cold calling, email outreach and social selling Set targets for the SDR team, analyze performance of SDRs and provide one-on-one coaching to SDRs Hire, Train, and Develop SDRs to effectively engage and qualify new business opportunities prospecting Inbound and outbound calling to targeted business owners in the US/EU regions Outbound reach out via email/linkedin/other channels Consistently achieve a quarterly quota of qualified meetings Tracking sales metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of sales efforts and identify areas for improvement.We Are Looking For People Who Are: Minimum 5 years of relevant lead generation experience Minimum 3+ years of experience in handling an SDR team Outbound SDR management experience prospecting into US/ EU markets. Should have created and successfully executed outbound campaigns which yielded measurable results. Should have experience working and adept with various sales tools to manage, monitor and inc. productivity of the SDR team.e.g. CRMs, sales productivity tools, outreach and email campaign tools, etc. Should have led successful ABM strategies for penetrating into large enterprise accounts to generate sales pipeline. Should have managed SDR commissions and worked with the sr. management and finance teams to do course corrections,suggestions and modifications as per the demand of the business goals. Experience working with the SaaS Ecosystem is a must. Experience successfully managing teams that work in high volume sales cycles Excellent communication, teamwork and people management skills
