Job Title:Business Development Manager – US Staffing Location:Remote Experience:8+ years ( Mandatory: US staffing sales with direct client acquisition )Role Overview We are hiring apure Business Development (Hunter) professionalfor the US staffing market. The focus is onacquiring new direct clientsand driving revenue growth. This is not an account management role.Key Responsibilities Drivenew client acquisition in the US market(direct clients only) Build and convert astrong outbound pipeline(cold outreach, networking, referrals) Own theend-to-end sales cycle(prospecting → meetings → closure) Identify and close opportunities acrosscontract, C2C, W2, and FTE staffing models Establishlong-term client relationships and repeat business Work closely with delivery teams to ensuresuccessful closures and fulfillmentMandatory Requirements 5+ years of experience in US staffing business development Proven track record ofonboarding direct US clients (mandatory) Strong understanding ofUS staffing models (C2C, W2, 1099) Demonstrated ability togenerate leads, open doors, and close deals independently Experience inhunting roles (NOT account management)Good to Have Exposure toLife Sciences / Healthcare / IT staffing Existingclient network in the USWhat We’re NOT Looking For Account Managers Delivery-focused profiles without sales experience Candidates without direct client acquisition experience
