This role is ideal for someone who understands how to combinestrategy + content + executionto generate high-quality leads and conversations.What You’ll Do You will own and drive outbound outreach across email and LinkedIn, with full responsibility for performance. Design and executecold email campaignsend-to-end RunLinkedIn outreach campaigns(connection, messaging, follow-ups) Buildtarget audience listsand segmentation strategies Writehigh-converting copyfor emails, LinkedIn messages, and sequences Continuously test and optimizesubject lines, messaging, and flows Work closely with founders to shapeoutbound strategy and positioning Track performance metrics like open rates, reply rates, and conversions Ensure deliverability best practices (domains, warmups, etc.)What We’re Looking For Strong hands-on experience inemail outreach tools(Instanly, Lemlist, Smartlead, etc.) Proven track record of generatingmeetings via outbound campaigns Excellentcopywriting skillswith a clear, persuasive tone Deep understanding ofICP building and targeting Experience withLinkedIn outreach workflows and automation tools Analytical mindset with ability toiterate based on data Self-driven and comfortable working in afast-paced startup setupBonus Points If You Have Experience inB2B / agency / SaaS outbound Understanding ofsales funnels and GTM strategy Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Ability to think beyond execution and contribute togrowth strategyWhy Join Us At iMarketo & ConnectedStars, you’ll be working directly with founders and playing akey role in building the outbound growth engine from the ground up .
