Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Tumkur for a Quality Assurance Manager. The responsibilities include overseeing quality assurance operations, ensuring compliance with industry and organizational quality standards, and leading certification and regulatory processes. The individual will manage quality audits, implement quality control measures, monitor production processes, and provide training on quality practices to ensure that all products meet predefined quality parameters. Qualifications Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, processes, and standards, such as GMP, ISO, and other regulatory frameworksExperience in managing audits, quality inspections, and regulatory certificationsProficiency in quality control tools, documentation, and process complianceAnalytical skills accompanied by the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisionsExcellent leadership, communication, and team management abilitiesKnowledge of herbal extracts, nutraceutical manufacturing, or related industries is preferredBachelor's degree in a related scientific field such as Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Biotechnology (Master’s degree or additional certifications in Quality Management is an added advantage)Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality standards
