Please apply only if you have relevant background.About the Role We are looking for aQuality Assurance Engineerto ensure consistent product quality, compliance with specifications, and effective coordination between production, inspection, and customers. This role is hands-on and critical to maintaining high manufacturing standards.Key Responsibilities Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of products Prepare and maintain inspection reports, control plans, and quality records Handle internal quality issues and support root cause analysis (RCA) Assist in customer complaints, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Coordinate with production to ensure adherence to drawings and specifications Support audits (internal, customer, and external) Monitor measuring instruments and calibration schedulesRequired Qualifications & Skills Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical, Production, or related field 5-7 years experience in QA within a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of inspection tools (vernier, micrometer, gauges, etc.) Knowledge of rubber / automotive components preferred Basic understanding of ISO 9001 / IATF processes Attention to detail and good documentation skillsWhy Join Us Direct involvement in core manufacturing quality Exposure to global customers and audits Opportunity to grow into senior quality roles
