The role involves leading end-to-end product development, defining the IT strategy, and designing the technological architecture for the business. The candidate will oversee software development, manage projects, align technology with business goals, and drive the creation and evolution of innovative technology solutions. As a co-founder, the individual will contribute strategically to the overall growth of the organization.Qualifications Expertise in Software Development and related technologies Strong experience in Project Management and team leadership Proficiency in IT Strategy planning and implementation Skills in Architectural design and development Proven ability in Product Development and innovation Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities Ability to work collaboratively as part of a leadership team Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
