Partner with Acumen to navigate the complexities of international education and achieve sustainable growth in the global arena.Role Overview The role holder will act as a key support and coordination function for the Partner Success Director and ICR teams, enabling smooth day-to-day operations while strengthening partner delivery, process implementation, and stakeholder engagement. The role carries strong ownership for partner success, operational excellence, and commercial support across university partnerships.Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for the Partner Success Director and ICR teams, supporting daily operations including calling support, Happay/PO management, administrative coordination, billing follow-ups, and monthly data/reporting requirements. Reduce administrative and tactical workload for ICRs, allowing them to focus on core partner and recruitment activities. Support the implementation and adherence to defined processes, procedures, and operational frameworks across teams. Build strong working relationships with ICRs to drive consistent process adoption and optimal delivery outcomes. Support the Partner Success Director in overseeing billing and invoicing for client accounts. Create, collate, and maintain territory and performance reports by client and region. Assist with onboarding and training of new hires, under the supervision of the Partner Success Director. Represent the client in meetings or activities when the ICR is unavailable. Proactively identify issues and escalate them in a timely manner for resolution. Provide regular feedback to the line manager on operational matters, competitor activity, market dynamics, and changes in the external environment (e.g., student visa policies). Support integration of compliance requirements into staff performance appraisals and annual objectives. Act as the internal voice of the ICRs, providing feedback on service delivery and opportunities for improvement. Create and update competitor university intelligence, including market practices and admissions processes.Partner Success & Commercial Focus Take clear ownership of partner success across assigned university accounts. Manage and grow projects and university partnerships with a structured, outcome-driven approach. Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure delivery against agreed objectives. Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and expanded engagement. Effectively manage both high-touch and light-touch accounts with clear follow-ups and tracking. Bring a commercial mindset to partner management and service delivery.Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Management, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Former ICR experience and/or overseas education at UG or PG level preferred. Demonstrated experience managing business activities in a globally diverse organisation. Strong project management skills with high attention to detail. High aptitude for software and technology. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to take initiative, think critically, and solve problems independently. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel (approximately 30%). Experience using project management tools and systems.Work Experience Requirements 5+ years of experience in globally diverse organisations. Minimum 2 years of experience in the international education sector, with a strong understanding of international student recruitment dynamics across key source markets. Exposure to international research collaboration or partnership arrangements between institutions or faculty is preferred. A balanced background across client/partner servicing, advisory, and sales support roles is highly desirable. Strong understanding of the overseas higher education ecosystem, ideally with direct experience working within a university environment. Exposure to the UK and/or Australian higher education sectors is strongly preferred, enabling confident leadership of client discussions and delivery of relevant sector insights.
