As part of theProduct & Engineeringdepartment, the Product Owner works in close collaboration withclients , as well asDesign, Development, and QA teams , to successfully deliver high-quality digital and website projects.To be more specific your core responsibilities will include: 1. Requirements gathering & analysis Gather, analyze, and prioritizebusiness and user needs Work closely withclients and stakeholdersto understand expectations Translate needs into clear and actionable functional requirements 2. Product backlog ownership Define, maintain, and prioritize theproduct backlogin line with the product roadmap and company strategy Ensure the backlog is clear, structured, and ready for the teams Make trade-offs and arbitrate priorities based on value, constraints, and delivery timelines 3. User stories & acceptance criteria Write clear and well-structureduser stories Define detailedacceptance criteria Ensure shared understanding across Development, Design, and QA teams 4. Cross-functional collaboration Collaborate daily withDesign, Development, and QA teams Participate in design and delivery discussions Support testing and functional validation of delivered features 5. Agile delivery & ceremonies Work within anAgile environment(Scrum / Kanban) Participate in Agile ceremonies: Sprint planning Backlog refinement Daily stand-ups Sprint reviews Retrospectives Track progress and communicate clearly on priorities and delivery status 6. Stakeholder communication Act as the primary point of contact forclients and business stakeholders Ensure alignment between expectations and delivered value Communicate progress, priorities, and trade-offs effectively 7. Continuous improvement Contribute to the continuous improvement ofproduct and Agile practices Help improve processes, tools, and ways of workingThe Ideal Profile Experience Proven experience as aProduct OwnerorFunctional Project Managerin an Agile / Scrum environment Experience working ondigital products or website projects Skills Strong ability to translate business needs intoconcrete solutions Excellent knowledge ofuser stories , backlog management, and prioritization Solid understanding ofAgile methodologies Hands-on experience with Agile tools such asJira, Confluence, Trello Good understanding of technical environments ( web, mobile, APIs ) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Well-organized, structured, and autonomous Strong sense of ownership and accountability Ability to collaborate, influence, and make decisions Client-focused and value-driven mindset Nice to have PSPO, CSPO , or equivalent certification Experience in a multi-client or agency environment UX / Design sensitivityNext steps in the process ✅ 1st Interview with your future manager to make sure you meet the role’s requirements 2nd interview with HR to better understand who you are and make sure there is a cultural fit with MoveUp Media Last step: a proposition for us to start working together!
