Role: Senior Paid Growth Manager – Web Subscription AcquisitionThis is a leadership-facing IC role.This is an Individual Contributor role. This is ahands-on individual contributor role , working closely with senior leadership.This role is not about managing agencies or delegating execution. You will personally run acquisition acrossMeta and Google , own forecasting and pacing, and be accountable forCAC, conversion efficiency, and subscription growth .You will regularly communicate performance and decisions to CMO/CFO-level stakeholders, so the ability to deliverclear, concise, and structured insightsis essential.Key ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Own End-to-end ownership ofMeta and Googlepaid acquisition (budgeting, bidding, creatives, pacing, reporting) Weekly forecasting anddaily spend pacingto hit subscription and CAC targets Optimization of theweb funnelfrom click → trial → paid subscription Structured creative testing roadmap (hypothesis-driven, not ad-hoc) Close collaboration onCRO and landing page improvements Measurement integrity across GA4, GTM, and attribution tools Clear, executive-level performance updates (headlines + numbers)What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days Complete audit of Meta and Google account structure, conversion signals, and spend efficiency Build a reliableforecasting and pacing model Launch a repeatable creative testing framework Identify and address major funnel drop-offs Deliver measurable improvement inCAC and/or trial-to-paid conversionThis Role Is a Fit If You: Have7–10+ yearsof experience in paid growth forD2C or subscription businesses Have personally ownedlarge monthly budgetson Meta and Google (six figures/month preferred) Are deeply comfortable withhands-on executionas an IC Think inCAC, LTV, payback, and forecast accuracy , not vanity metrics Can explain performance, risks, and decisions in30–60 secondsto senior stakeholders Are confident challenging platform numbers and validating attribution Prefer ownership and accountability over process documentationRequired Skills & Experience Expert-level Meta Ads and Google Ads execution Strong understanding ofsubscription funnelsand conversion economics Forecasting, pacing, and budget control experience GA4 and GTM proficiency; attribution and measurement rigor Experience collaborating with CRO, product, and CRM teams Comfortable working US business hours (IST evening shift)Nice to Have YouTube, affiliates, or programmatic experience CRO tools (VWO, Optimizely, Hotjar, Clarity) Subscription retention or lifecycle marketing exposureImportant Notes This is anIndividual Contributor role , not a people-management position If you prefer managing teams or agencies over hands-on execution, this role is not a fitHow to Apply To help us evaluate quickly, please includethree numbersin your application or resume: Largest monthly paid media budget you personally owned One example where you improved CAC or CPA (with % impact) One experiment you ran that improved conversion or subscription growth
