Finance Specialist

We are looking for a Finance Specialist who will support day-to-day financial operations, ensure accuracy in reporting, and help maintain strong financial controls. This role requires attention to detail, sound financial understanding, and the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting and finance operations Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and reconciliations Support month-end and year-end closing activities Track expenses, invoices, and payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and statutory requirements Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external vendors Maintain documentation for audits and financial reviews Support finance leadership with data, analysis, and ad-hoc reports Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes Experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar) Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for financial analysis High attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time-management skills
