LIMS Consultant - LabVantage

As a Consultant, you will lead end-to-end engagement for LabVantage LIMS projects—from business process consulting, problem definition, and solution design to development and deployment. You will act as a domain thought leader, guiding architecture reviews, project deliverables, and ensuring successful implementations. This role offers the opportunity to shape value-driven consulting solutions for global clients in the Pharma, R&D, and Healthcare domains.Key Responsibilities:- Anchor LabVantage LIMS implementation, enhancements, and support. - Define business problems and design scalable solutions. - Lead architecture and design reviews as a trusted advisor. - Drive client training, capability building, and business pursuit initiatives. - Manage integration with ERP, PLM, and other enterprise systems. - Oversee data migration, master data setup, and instrument integrations (SDMS). - Ensure compliance with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and quality standardTechnical Requirement:- 5+ years of experience in LabVantage LIMS implementation and support. - Strong knowledge of Oracle, SQL, and programming languages (Core Java, JavaScript). - Familiarity with other LIMS platforms (LabWare, Sample Manager, StarLIMS).Good to have:- 5+ years in Pharma, R&D, or Healthcare domain with LabVantage LIMS expertise. - Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, customization, and validation. - Hands-on with integration design, data migration, and reporting. - Strong understanding of instrument integration and legacy data mapping. - Ability to work with geographically distributed teams. - Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills.Please note: These positions are not fully remote.
