The ideal candidate should have a strong sense ofdesign, animation, storytelling, and modern visual aesthetics , along withworking knowledge of 3D animationto enhance motion projects. You should be someone who cantake a concept and transform it into visually striking motion content whilemaintaining high creative and technical standards.Key Responsibilities Lead themotion design process from concept to final delivery Create high-quality motion graphics for advertisements, brand films, explainer videos, and digital campaigns Design and animate titles, typography motion, transitions, and visual compositions Develop style frames, animation systems, and visual language for projects Integrate 2D and 3D motion elementsto elevate the visual output Collaborate withcreative directors, editors, designers, and production teams Maintain high design standards, visual consistency, and animation quality Optimize motion graphics for multiple platforms and formatsRequirements 5+ years of professional experiencein motion graphics or animation Expert-level proficiency inAdobe After Effects Strong working knowledge of Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, composition, and visual storytelling Ability to create original motion graphics without relying on templates Experience handling complex motion compositions and multi-layered animationsStrong Advantage Working knowledge of3D animation tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar Experience with VFX, compositing, and advanced motion techniques Experience working on advertising campaigns, brand films, or large-scale digital content Ability to blend 2D motion graphics with 3D elements effectively
