Backed by Y Combinator, Entrepreneur First, Uncorrelated Ventures, we’re a super fast-moving team of 20 across San Francisco and Bangalore, already used by Fortune 500s and government agencies to ship secure, high-quality code at scale.The Role We’re looking for aGraphic Designer who thinks like a brand builder and visual storyteller .Someone who: Can tell stories through illustrations Is bold, opinionated, and taste-driven Can create D2C-style visuals for a B2B product Takes extreme ownership of how the brand looks and feels everywhereWhat You’ll Do Visual Storytelling & Illustration Create original illustrations that explain complex ideas (code health, security, productivity) in a simple, striking way Turn product features, case studies, and insights into scroll-stopping visuals Build narratives with visuals, not just assetsBrand Building (Not Just Execution) Define, document, and evolve CodeAnt’s design guidelines Ensure strong visual consistency across: Website Ads & campaigns Social content Sales & pitch decks Push the brand to be bold, aggressive, and unmistakableFast-Paced Ownership Move quickly from idea → execution → iteration Take responsibility for outcomes, not just deliverablesWhat Success Looks Like(First 30 Days) Deeply understand what we’re building and why, the product, the problem, the audience, and CodeAnt’s point of view Translate brand narrative into clear visual principles: Color, typography, illustration style Layout systems, hierarchy, contrastFirst 60 Days Raise the overall design bar across teams Fully own CodeAnt’s visual language end-to-end Systemize design using: Reusable components Illustration patterns Templates for social, ads, landing sectionsWhat We’re Looking For(Must-Haves) A strong portfolio showcasing illustration-led, brand-driven work Adobe Illustrator and figma Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) Ability to explain why you designed something, not just how Extreme ownership mindsetGood to Have Experience with Framer Experience designing for B2B SaaS, developer tools, or tech products Motion design or lightweight animation skills Experience building brands from early or scaling stages
