We’re performance × precision × modern design. Role Description We’re looking for aMotion Designer (2D-first, 3D-capable)who understands how motiondrives attention, clarity, and conversion . This role is primarily focused onfast, high-impact 2D motionfor short-form content, withsupporting 3D workfor premium product and brand visuals. You’ll work closely with brand, content, and growth teams to turn complex product benefits intoclear, scroll-stopping motion . What You’ll DoPrimary (2D Motion – Core Focus): Design motion for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok Create kinetic typography and pattern interrupts Build benefit-driven explainer motion Develop Amazon A+ motion modules Secondary (3D Motion – Supporting): Create light 3D product animations (bottles, capsules) Visualize ingredient systems and mechanisms Produce website hero loops and launch assets What We’re Looking ForStrong experience inMotion Design / Motion Graphics Expert-levelAfter Effectsskills (non-negotiable) Solid foundation ingraphic design, typography, and layout Working knowledge ofBlender or Cinema 4D Ability to design forclarity, retention, and conversion Fast execution and iteration mindset Comfortable working remotely with clear briefs and feedback Bonus (Nice to Have)Experience with performance, health, or supplement brands Figma familiarity Understanding of conversion-driven design
