Experience:4–6 Years Contract Duration:3 Months Shift:Night Shift (US Time) Work Mode:Remote Job SummaryWe are looking for a Salesloft Administrator to support day-to-day platform operations, cadence management, governance, and reporting. This role will work closely with Sales Operations and CRM teams to ensure smooth functioning of Salesloft and its integration with Salesforce (SFDC).Key ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on support for cadence creation, updates, and audits Edit, add, and maintain email templates, steps, and cadence logic Troubleshoot issues within Salesloft and Salesloft–Salesforce (SFDC) integration Manage platform governance including user access, permissions, and email restrictions Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards within Salesloft Maintain clean, consistent platform configuration across teams Manage licenses, users, teams, and roles Manage and maintain Salesloft Resource Center Create, update, and organize documentation, SOPs, and enablement resources Build and maintain operational reports and dashboards Track key metrics and KPIs related to sales engagement and platform usage Provide insights to Sales Ops and leadership on adoption and performanceRequired Skills & Qualifications4–6 years of overall experience with strong hands-on Salesloft administration Proven experience managing cadences, automation rules, and analytics Solid understanding of sales processes and outbound sales motions Experience working with Salesforce CRM integrations Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
