Accountant

We are seeking an experiencedAccountantto manage financial operations of construction projects, maintain accurate books of accounts, track project-wise expenses, and ensure statutory compliance. The role requires coordination with site engineers, vendors, and management. Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance Maintain day-to-day accounting entries related to construction projects Handle cash, bank, and journal entries Maintain ledgers, trial balance, and final accounts Prepare monthly MIS reports for management Project & Site Accounting Maintainproject-wise costingand expense tracking Record material purchases, labour payments, subcontractor bills Monitor site expenses and compare with budgets Coordinate with site engineers for measurement books (MB) and bills Vendor & Contractor Management Process supplier invoices and subcontractor bills Maintain accounts payable and receivable Track advances, retentions, and bill settlements Statutory Compliance Prepare and fileGST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) HandleTDS (Contractors, Professionals)and returns Ensure compliance with income tax and other statutory requirements Payroll & Administration Handle payroll, wages, and labour payments Maintain PF, ESI records (if applicable) Audit & Documentation Assist in internal and statutory audits Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers, and contracts Required Qualifications / in Accounting or Finance Knowledge ofconstruction accountingis mandatory CA (Inter) / CMA / MBA Finance is an added advantage Skills & Software KnowledgeProficiency inTally, Excel (MIS, formulas) Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and construction contracts Understanding of BOQ, project costing, and cash flow Good coordination and reporting skills Experience2–6 years of experience in aconstruction or real estate company Work Location:5th main, Ganganagar Salary:As per experience and industry standards
