Production Supervisor

Job Summary: We're looking for experienced professionals to fill the roles of Production Supervisor and Production Engineer at our AAC block plant. The successful candidates will ensure efficient production processes, maintain quality standards, and implement process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Production Supervisor: Supervise production staff to ensure efficient production processes. Monitor quality control measures to ensure high-quality AAC blocks. Implement and maintain safety protocols to prevent accidents. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions. Production Engineer: Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. Troubleshoot production issues and develop solutions. Collaborate with maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability. Conduct quality control checks to ensure high-quality AAC blocks. Requirements: Production Supervisor: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a production supervisory role. Strong knowledge of AAC block production processes. Production Engineer: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a production engineering role. Strong knowledge of AAC block production processes and equipment.
