Salesforce Technical Consultant

About the Role We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and CPQ to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with architects, consultants, and business stakeholders to optimize sales operations and deliver high-value solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy solutions in Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ . Develop custom logic using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows . Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ (products, price rules, discounting, approvals, quote templates, subscriptions) . Translate complex pricing and quoting requirements into Salesforce CPQ functionality. Collaborate with Sales Ops and Finance teams to ensure smooth business processes. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers. Support data migrations, integrations, and deployments (SFDX, Git, CI/CD). Troubleshoot issues and optimize Salesforce performance. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows). Strong expertise in Sales Cloud (lead, opportunity, forecasting, reporting) . Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ (configuring products, pricing, quoting, rules, and approvals). Strong understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing). Proficiency in Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integrations. Experience with deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX, Git) . Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (PDII or CPQ Specialist certification preferred). Nice to Have Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification. Experience with Salesforce Billing or Revenue Cloud . Exposure to Managed Package development (AppExchange apps) .
