Fabric Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Knit Fabric Manager (7–10 years) to lead our knitted fabric manufacturing operations from yarn to finished fabric. This role requires expertise in knitting, dyeing, and finishing, along with strong leadership skills to manage production teams and ensure top-quality output. Key Responsibilities Manage complete knitted fabric production—yarn selection, knitting, dyeing, finishing, and quality control. Oversee production planning, execution, and on-time delivery. Drive efficiency, minimize wastage, and optimize costs. Coordinate with QA, maintenance, and procurement teams. Implement best practices and process improvements. Qualifications and Requirements 7–10 years’ experience in knitted fabric manufacturing. Strong knowledge of circular knitting, dyeing (reactive, disperse, etc.), and finishing.
