US Legal RecruiterKey Responsibilities:Source candidates for legal professional roles using LinkedIn, Monster and Ceipal.Build strong pipelines through Boolean searches and creative sourcing.Pre-screen candidates and submit qualified profiles to recruiters.Track activity and maintain accurate data in Ceipal ATS.Collaborate with recruiters to meet client hiring goals and deadlines.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with all candidate interactions.Requirements:1-3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment (US legal staffing preferred)Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards.Excellent communication and time management skills.Must have reliable internet, own laptop and ability to work in US time zones.
