This role will work closely with Sales Operations and CRM teams to ensure smooth functioning of Salesloft and its integration with Salesforce (SFDC).Key ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on support for cadence creation, updates, and auditsEdit, add, and maintain email templates, steps, and cadence logicTroubleshoot issues within Salesloft and Salesloft–Salesforce (SFDC) integrationManage platform governance including user access, permissions, and email restrictionsEnsure adherence to best practices and compliance standards within SalesloftMaintain clean, consistent platform configuration across teamsManage licenses, users, teams, and rolesManage and maintain Salesloft Resource CenterCreate, update, and organize documentation, SOPs, and enablement resourcesBuild and maintain operational reports and dashboardsTrack key metrics and KPIs related to sales engagement and platform usageProvide insights to Sales Ops and leadership on adoption and performanceRequired Skills & Qualifications4–6 years of overall experience with strong hands-on Salesloft administrationProven experience managing cadences, automation rules, and analyticsSolid understanding of sales processes and outbound sales motionsExperience working with Salesforce CRM integrationsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environmentExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)
