What You’ll Do: This role will be responsible for end-to-end management - from overseeing daily admin activities to driving the productivity and performance of our calling agents . Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Tirupati office operations , ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. Drive collection performance and agent productivity to meet targets. Handle administrative responsibilities , resource planning, and compliance. Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure training needs are met. Act as the key point of contact for local stakeholders and management . What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience in collections/credit recovery , with at least 2 years in a managerial role . Strong leadership and operational management skills. Proficiency in handling high-volume team s and achieving performance goals.
