Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)Location:India (Remote/Hybrid) Reporting to:Executive Leadership / Global Security Office Engagement:Full-time, supporting U.S. customers About the Role We are seeking an experienced and visionaryChief Information Security Officer (CISO)to lead the information security strategy for our U.S.-based customers. The CISO will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-wide security programs, ensuring compliance with global standards, and driving proactive risk management. This role requires strong leadership, a global mindset, and the ability to collaborate across geographies and time zones. Key Responsibilities Define, lead, and execute theinformation security strategyaligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Overseecybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC)frameworks for U.S. customer accounts. Develop and enforcesecurity policies, standards, and best practicesacross all technology and business functions. Managethreat intelligence, vulnerability management, and incident responseprograms. Collaborate with U.S.-based IT, legal, compliance, and executive teams to ensure seamless integration of security operations. Leadsecurity audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks(e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA). Partner with cross-functional teams to embedsecurity-by-designinto new products, platforms, and initiatives. Providestrategic guidance to executive leadershipand regularly present risk posture updates. Build and mentor ahigh-performing cybersecurity teamin India, supporting both regional and global operations. Monitor emerging threats and ensure timely adoption ofnext-gen security technologies(Zero Trust, AI/ML-based detection, cloud security, etc.). Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. 12+ years of progressive experience incybersecurity leadership , with at least 5 years in a senior management role. Proven experience supportingglobal enterprises or U.S.-based clients . Strong knowledge ofrisk management, governance frameworks, compliance regulations, and security standards . Hands-on expertise incloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) ,network security ,data protection , andendpoint security . Familiarity withDevSecOps, AI-driven security, and Zero Trust architecture . Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Certifications CISSP– Certified Information Systems Security Professional CISM– Certified Information Security Manager CCISO– Certified Chief Information Security Officer (preferred) CISA, CRISC, CEHor equivalent certifications a plus Why Join Us?
