Bench Sales Recruiter (Remote)Location: Remote | Work from HomeExperience: Minimum 2 Year in US IT Staffing – Bench SalesEngagement Type: Freelance | Commission-Based | Partnership ModelWe’re expanding our network of passionate Freelance Bench Sales professionals who want to work independently, own their results, and grow through meaningful partnerships rather than fixed roles.If you’re experienced in Bench Sales, confident in your network, and ready to handle the complete cycle of marketing consultants, this opportunity is designed for you.What You’ll DoMarket available consultants (W2, C2C, and 1099) to direct clients and Tier-1 vendors.Bring leads and network to maximize consultant placement opportunities.Handle the complete recruitment life cycle — from requirement sourcing to placement closure.Coordinate with consultants regularly for marketing updates and engagement.Build and maintain vendor and client relationships for continuous business growth.Ensure smooth onboarding and follow-up until billing begins.What We’re Looking ForMinimum 2+ year experience in Bench Sales within US IT Staffing.Proven experience in marketing OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and US Citizen consultants.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently with accountability and professionalism.Existing vendor/client network is a strong plus.What We OfferHigh recurring commissions — earn monthly as long as your consultant is on billing.Complete operational support – from documentation to payroll coordination.Access to industry-specific vetted database and open client requirements.Freedom to work remotely and flexibly.
