In this role, you will be responsible for: Generating and qualifying leads Promoting our innovative learning programs Building and nurturing strong client relationships Driving customer satisfaction and conversionsThis position requireshigh energy, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales . Prior experience inEd Tech sales —especially in promoting English and Math programs for children aged 4–15—will be a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement Proactively generate and qualify leads using various sales techniques, including cold calling. Build meaningful relationships with prospective customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions. Conduct timely follow-ups to convert leads into satisfied customers. 2. Program Promotion & Sales Execution Promote and sell our educational programs, with a strong focus on English-speaking, writing, and math learning for children. Confidently communicate program benefits and unique features to parents and other key decision-makers. 3. Customer Relationship Management Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving concerns promptly. 4. Target Achievement Consistently work towards achieving monthly enrollment targets. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies and improve overall sales performance.Qualifications & Skills Proven ability incold calling and lead generation . Strongcommunication, persuasion, and presentation skills . Experience inselling or promoting educational programsfor children aged 4–15. Excellentcustomer relationship-buildingand problem-solving abilities. Agoal-oriented mindsetwith a passion for driving sales and meeting targets. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree , with a keen interest in the Ed Tech sector. Ateam playerwith a positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.Why Join Us?
