USAM serves leading customers in manufacturing and engineering, with 200+ professionals across 6 cities. We deliver next-generation digital design solutions that accelerate innovation.The Role We are seeking a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager experienced in selling to manufacturing and industrial customers. The role is based in Chennai and involves driving Autodesk manufacturing solutions (Inventor, Fusion 360, AutoCAD Mechanical, Vault, etc.), managing enterprise accounts, and collaborating with branch sales teams. A strong part of the role will be to engage and expand USAM’s existing customer base while also building new accounts.Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end sales for Autodesk manufacturing solutions. Engage and expand USAM’s existing manufacturing customer base through cross- selling and increased adoption. Build and grow new enterprise-level accounts in the manufacturing/industrial sector. Deliver solution-focused presentations to senior decision-makers (technical demos supported by pre-sales teams). Collaborate with branch teams to ensure consistent execution and revenue growth. Mentor junior sales executives and support team performance.Qualifications 5–10 years of proven experience in solution sales to manufacturing/industrial clients. Background in CAD/CAE/PLM/digital design solutions OR SaaS/engineering softwarefor industrial customers is valued. Demonstrated ability to grow business within existing accounts and open new opportunities. Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets with enterprise accounts. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers in manufacturing organizations. Experience in mentoring junior sales executives or supporting team performance. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing MBA a plus.What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months) Deepen engagement with USAM’s current customer base by identifying new opportunities and ensuring high retention. Consistently grow Autodesk manufacturing solutions adoption across accounts. Build a strong pipeline of new manufacturing customers in Chennai and supported branches. Work effectively with pre-sales to deliver compelling solution presentations.
