Your role is to find and connect with people who are looking for smart solutions for their homes, using a wide range of advertising tools. You'll ensure our message of affordability and beautiful design reaches them at just the right moment, helping to inspire more people to create a home they love.A day in your life with us Leading the strategyand management of our advertising campaigns across various digital platforms (like display, video, and connected TV). Working togetherwith our media partners and agencies to bring our campaigns to life. Looking at datato understand our audience better and find new opportunities to connect with them. Managing budgetsto make sure we’re investing wisely and effectively. Collaboratingwith our marketing and creative teams to ensure our ads are helpful, inspiring, and true to the IKEA brand. Keeping up with new technologyto find better and simpler ways to reach people.Who you are You have3-5+ years of hands-on experiencein programmatic advertising, managing campaigns through platforms like Google's DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar tools. You'recomfortable with dataand enjoy using it to tell a story and make smart decisions. You are agreat collaboratorwho enjoys working with different teams to achieve a common goal. You arecurious and proactive , always looking for new ways to improve. You'reorganizedand can manage multiple projects at once without losing sight of the details.
