Marketing Manager (Onsite – Offline Marketing) – Aruvi Bakery and Sweets About the Role Aruvi Bakery and Sweets is looking for anOnsite Marketing Managerto lead alloffline marketing activities. The role focuses on building strong brand visibility within the community, planning in-store promotions, organizing events, and ensuring customer experience is always at the highest standard. You will work closely with management and the operations team to bring innovative marketing ideas to life. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute annual offline marketing plans and budget in collaboration with the General Manager. Organize events, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and competitions to drive footfall and customer loyalty. Ensure effective in-store branding and promotions (displays, signage, packaging, offers, loyalty card programs). Build the Aruvi Bakery brand presence in the local community through sponsorships, collaborations, and outreach activities. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing initiatives. Train and guide customer service staff on brand standards, hygiene, uniforms, and customer interaction etiquette . Recruit, mentor, and appraise staff involved in customer service and marketing promotions. Maintain high standards of customer service and cleanliness in line with the bakery's reputation. Report directly to management on campaign results and improvements needed . Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in offline marketing, brand management, or retail marketing , preferably in the food & beverage / FMCG industry . Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills. Enthusiastic, creative, and committed to delivering excellent customer experience. Understanding of budgeting, profitability, and offline promotional strategies . Knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage. We Offer A competitive package and bonus scheme.
