This is afull-time, remote rolefor someone who is obsessed withcustomer loyalty, LTV growth, and habit-building strategiesin D2C e-commerce. If you understand how to move customers from theirfirst purchase → repeat purchase → loyalty → ultimate brand advocacy , this is the role where you’ll get to put that playbook to work.What You’ll DoRetention & Loyalty Strategy Build a complete retention roadmap: flows, automations, and campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push. Design customer journeys thatincrease repeat purchases, shorten reorder cycles, and build habitsthat make supplements part of a pet parent’s daily routine. Move customers through loyalty phases—first-time → repeat → loyalist → advocate.LTV Growth & Analytics Track and optimizeLTV, retention curves, churn, reorder intervals, and loyalty metrics . Execute strategies toincrease LTV by 30% in 60 days and 100%+ in 12 months . Tie retention performance directly tocash flow and growth goals .✍️Copywriting & Campaign Execution Writehigh-converting copyfor emails, WhatsApp flows, and SMS that resonates emotionally with pet parents. Create campaigns that mixeducation, storytelling, and direct responseto drive action. Test subject lines, hooks, offers, and storytelling angles relentlessly.⚙️Systems, Tools & Automation Build and manage advanced retention flows inKlaviyo, QuickReply, and equivalent platforms . UseChatGPT and automation toolsto streamline workflows and generate insights. Create and optimize reporting dashboards that give areal-time pulse of retention performance .‍‍Leadership & Collaboration Work closely with the founder and growth team to integrate retention into the overall marketing engine. Be anatural leader : set processes, assign tasks, and push for continuous improvement. Stay ahead ofe-commerce retention trendsand bring fresh strategies to the table.What We’re Looking For ✅Must-Haves 3+ years of experience inretention marketing for D2C e-commerce . Proven success in scalingEmail, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notification channels . Platform expertise inKlaviyo, QuickReply, and equivalents . Strongcopywriting skills(you must be able to write your own campaigns, not just brief them). Solid understanding ofLTV, cash flow, churn reduction, and customer loyalty models . Proficiency withChatGPT and prompting+ strong grasp ofautomation workflows . Ability to design strategies thatimprove reorder cycles, habit formation, and loyalty-driven LTV growth . Must be a dog parentNice-to-Haves Experience in pet, wellness, or supplement brands.
