Post-Production Video Producer

As a rapidly growing company, with offices in the USA, UK, Australia, and India servicing clients in over 60 countries, we are seeking talented and ambitious individuals to join our company.Key Responsibilities:-Manage and mentor the editing team, assigning projects based on capacity and deadlines.Oversee the entire post-production workflow, ensuring consistency with JoVE standards, templates, and scripts.Provide feedback and training to editors, ensuring high-quality outputs.Troubleshoot technical or editorial issues and coordinate solutions with producers and content managers.Ensure adherence to quality and project timelines.Continuously improve workflows for scalability and efficiency.Qualifications:-5+ years in video post-production, preferably in scientific, educational, or media environments.2+ years managing or leading teams.Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop).Strong project management skills, managing multiple deadlines and teams.Familiarity with remote post-production, cloud-based tools, and AI-assisted workflows (transcription, automation, etc.).Excellent communication skills and a passion for science communication.Experience using project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana) to oversee progress and ensure timeline adherence.Proficiency with review and approval platforms, such as Frame.io, to facilitate feedback loops.Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
