Corporate attorney

Role Overview We are seeking an experiencedCorporate Attorneywith a strong background in IT services and consulting. The role involves providing legal guidance on corporate, commercial, and contractual matters, ensuring compliance, and supporting business operations with risk-mitigated solutions. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiatecommercial contracts, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and vendor agreements . Provide legal advice oncorporate governance, compliance, employment, and regulatory matters . Support business teams inclient negotiationsand enable smooth deal closures. Ensure compliance withdata protection, IT laws, and international regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) . Managelegal risksand proactively provide strategic advice to leadership. Liaise with external counsel forlitigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution . Support in draftingpolicies, processes, and compliance frameworksfor global operations. Conduct internaltraining and awareness sessionson compliance and legal best practices. Requirements LLB/LLMfrom a recognized institution. 5+ years of post-qualification experiencein corporate law, preferably in IT services or consulting organizations. Strong expertise incontract drafting and negotiationwith international clients. Familiarity withdata privacy, intellectual property, labor, and employment laws . Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in amid-to-large IT services/consulting company . Exposure tomulti-jurisdictional contracts and cross-border legal issues . Membership in aBar Council / Corporate Legal Associationis a plus.
