Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Associate, located in Ahmedabad. The Legal Associate will be responsible for handling various legal matters, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice. The tasks also involve liaising with clients, preparing case strategies, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. The role requires working closely with senior lawyers and other team members to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients. QualificationsStrong knowledge of corporate, civil, criminal, revenue, and family law procedures Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research Excellent litigation and advocacy skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work under pressure Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and membership with the Bar Council of India Prior experience in a law firm or legal department is advantageous Proficiency in using legal research tools and software
