About the CompanyLHAP / Lighthouse India is currently seeking an Associate Engineer – ServiceNow to support the development, maintenance, and administration of the ServiceNow platform.About the RoleTo be successful in this role, the candidate should be reliable, eager to learn, technically inclined, and capable of supporting day-to-day platform operations under guidance from senior team members. This role is ideal for candidates who are building their expertise in ServiceNow development, ITSM workflows, scripting, and platform support.ResponsibilitiesSupport the configuration and maintenance of ServiceNow modules and workflowsAssist in developing and updating forms, business rules, UI policies, and workflowsSupport incident, problem, and service request management processesAssist in troubleshooting ServiceNow-related issues and support ticketsWork with senior engineers on enhancement and defect fixesSupport integrations with external systems under guidanceMaintain ticketing records and update technical documentationCreate and update SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articlesSupport platform upgrade testing and validation activitiesAssist in L1 / L2 support activities for ServiceNow issuesIdentify recurring issues and escalate to senior team membersCollaborate with internal IT teams for issue resolutionEnsure compliance with platform governance and security standardsOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience1–3 years of experience in ServiceNow development, support, or administrationBasic understanding of ServiceNow workflows and ITSM processesExposure to scripting and configuration in ServiceNowStrong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environmentGood problem-solving and communication skillsRequired SkillsBasic understanding of ServiceNow ITSM modules, including:IncidentProblemChangeRequestKnowledgeUnderstanding of ServiceNow workflows and ticket lifecycleExposure to ServiceNow configuration and administrationBasic knowledge of JavaScript / Glide scriptingFamiliarity with APIs and integration conceptsUnderstanding of IT support processes and service operationsGood troubleshooting and analytical skillsGood communication and collaboration skillsWillingness to learn new modules and technologiesPreferred SkillsServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) – preferredExposure to Service PortalKnowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure / AWS / GCP – good to haveBasic understanding of APIs and integrations Why Lighthouse? ✔️ Hybrid work flexibility ✔️ Strong culture of innovation and collaboration ✔️ Opportunities to work with cutting-edge tools and brilliant minds ✔️ A mission-driven company with global reach and heartEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
