Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the recruitment and staffing of IT contractors, ensuring that we meet the needs of our clients with high-quality talent. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of IT contract staffing, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and professional development sessions. Contract Staffing and Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent for contract positions. Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate placement. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT professionals. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions. Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues related to contract staffing. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality staffing services. Operational Excellence: Monitor and report on team performance metrics, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Streamline recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT staffing. Compliance and Administration: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to contract staffing. Manage administrative tasks associated with the recruitment process, including contract negotiations and onboarding.Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT recruitment with at two xyears in a Team role, specifically in contract staffing. Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team. Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
