Company Description We have 5 outlets and one central kitchen in Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu. We have presence in Bangalore as well. This requirement is for Tirunelveli Central kitchen. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production and Pastry Chef at Heavenly Bakers, located in Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu. The Head Chef will be responsible for preparing and baking various bakery goods, cooking and culinary tasks, and ensuring food preparation standards are met. The role also includes managing kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and collaborating with other chefs and kitchen staff. Qualifications Strong skills in Bakery, Baking, and Food Preparation Excellent Cooking and Culinary Skills Experience in kitchen management and organization Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and teamwork abilities Formal culinary education or relevant certifications are a plus Previous professional experience in a similar role is preferred
