US Tele Caller We are seeking an experienced US Tele Caller with a strong American accent and proven cold calling experience, preferably in the healthcare domain. The role involves outbound calling to US-based clinics, providers, or healthcare facilities to generate leads, schedule appointments, or qualify prospects as per campaign goals.This is a full-time remote role aligned with US business hours.Key ResponsibilitiesMake high-volume outbound calls to US-based healthcare prospectsIntroduce healthcare services/products clearly and confidentlyHandle objections professionally and maintain call flowQualify leads and schedule appointments/demos where requiredMaintain accurate call notes and disposition in CRMMeet daily and monthly calling KPIsFollow US compliance, calling etiquette, and scriptsCoordinate with internal sales/operations teams for follow-upsRequired Skills & ExperiencePrior experience in US cold calling (mandatory)Healthcare calling experience preferred (clinics, billing, RPM, CCM, staffing, etc.)Neutral to strong US accent with excellent spoken EnglishConfident, persuasive, and result-oriented communication styleComfortable working US time zones (EST/CST/PST as required)Familiarity with CRM tools and dialers is a plusReliable internet connection and professional remote setupDaily KPIs & Performance Metrics120–150 outbound calls/day3–5 hours of active talk time/dayLead qualification / appointment booking targets as per campaignCall quality, script adherence, and data accuracyWeekly and monthly conversion metricsWork ScheduleFull-Time | 5 days a weekUS Timings (Night shift for India-based candidates)Remote / Work from homeWhat We OfferStable full-time remote opportunityPerformance-based incentivesLong-term growth with US healthcare projectsStructured scripts, training, and support
