Senior Project Manager

About the RoleWe are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects within our fintech ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech product/project delivery, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams. Experience in AI-driven solutions will be an added advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery while ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met.Collaborate closely with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and success metrics.Ensure strong governance, risk management, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Drive cross-functional alignment, resolve roadblocks, and maintain clear communication across teams.Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced fintech environment.Conduct regular project reviews, provide status updates, and ensure transparency with leadership.Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Oversee vendor management, contract negotiations, and third-party integrations when applicable.Required Skills & Qualifications10+ years of project management experience, some of which preferably in a fintech or financial services environment.Proven experience delivering complex, multi-team technology projects.Strong understanding of fintech systems, digital payments, banking workflows, or financial product platforms.Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management frameworks.Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment.Good to HaveExposure to AI/ML projects, data-driven solutions, or automation initiatives.Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, CSM, or Agile certifications.Experience working with global teams or enterprise environments.
