Tendering Specialist

JOB OVERVIEWYou will lead the effort to identify, qualify, and prepare winning bids across public sectormodular infra opportunities. You’ll act as the brain behind Modulus Housing’s tenderstrategy, filtering high-conversion tenders and ensuring error-free technical and financialsubmissions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTender Identification & Qualification participation.● Proposal Management Scan GEM, eProcure, and state portals daily to shortlist tenders.● Analyse qualification criteria, pricing trends, EMD/BG terms, and previous● Use competitor intelligence and pricing thresholds to grade tender win potential.Tender Preparation and Submission● Prepare and submit tenders, commercial bids, and Request for Proposal (RFP)documents.● Develop tender strategies, ensuring alignment with client specifications and businessgoals.● Review and interpret tender documents, contracts, and scope of work. Bid Management and Coordination● Coordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, procurement) to gather required inputs for tenders.● Develop cost estimates, timelines, and resource requirements for tenders.● Present project proposals to management and clients, ensuring clarity on scope and deliverables.Pricing Strategy & Risk Control● Prepare tender review reports with risk filters (LDs, payment terms, penalties).● Develop pricing buffers and track margin sensitivities.Market Research and Competitor Analysis● Conduct market analysis to identify new tender opportunities.● Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to enhance the company’s tender strategies.QUALIFICATION & SKILLSEducational BackgroundBE/BTech in Civil, Quantity Surveying, or Estimation; PG preferred.Experience● 5–9 years in tendering, costing, or contracts in prefab, PEB, or EPC sector.Skills● Advanced Excel, costing templates, and bid sheet prep.● Risk assessment and price modeling.● Strong process orientation and attention to documentation.WHAT WE OFFER● Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.● Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team.● Chance to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing company.● Professional development and growth opportunities.
