AI/ML Research Intern – Multimodal & Agentic AI

You will have 3 rounds / stages as part of screening process and you will be moved from stage to stage accordingly.Responsibilities Build, fine-tune, and evaluatemultimodal LLMs(text, image, video, audio). Designautonomous AI agents & workflowsusing LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, Haystack, etc. Implementretrieval-augmented generation (RAG)pipelines with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS). Develop and deployproduction-grade APIs(Flask/FastAPI, Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD). Conductindependent researchon cutting-edge models, frameworks, and tools — then apply findings to real-world use cases. Joinimpromptu working sessions and meetingsaligned to USCST hours . Requirements Strong foundations inDeep Learning & ML(CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformers, Attention). Hands-on withPyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain(or similar). Exposure tomultimodal models(e.g., GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini, LLaVA, Kosmos-2). Excellent Python skills (NumPy, Pandas, PySpark). Experience withAPIs, Flask/FastAPI, Docker, GitHub Actions . Familiarity withcloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)is a plus. Self-motivated, independent researcherwho thrives on solving problems without step-by-step guidance.
