Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage inventory of all spare parts and tools. Ensure availability of critical spares to reduce machine downtime. Monitor and track stock levels, reordering as necessary to maintain optimal inventory. Coordinate with maintenance and production departments to understand requirements and usage patterns. Source and negotiate with suppliers to procure quality spare parts at competitive prices. Inspect incoming parts for quality, quantity, and compliance with specifications. Implement and maintain an organized storage system (e.g., FIFO/LIFO). Keep detailed records of parts usage, receipts, and issuances. Prepare periodic inventory reports and perform stock audits. Dispose of obsolete or non-moving inventory as per company policy. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the store area. Use ERP or inventory management systems effectively for all operations.
