We’re seeking a purpose-led intern to support our CSR proposal development and strategic outreach. This role offers a front-row seat to designing and scaling programs that uplift women in underserved communities—through livelihood training, education, and access to resources. You’ll work directly with the founders to shape initiatives that blend corporate responsibility with grassroots impact.Key Responsibilities 1. Design CSR Proposals Focused on Rural Women: Research and draft proposals that align corporate CSR goals with rural women-centric programs (e.g., skilling, entrepreneurship, health, education). Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals reflect community needs and organizational values. 2. Outreach to CSR Funders & Partners: Identify companies with active CSR mandates in gender equity, rural development, or livelihood generation. Present tailored proposals and maintain follow-ups to build long-term partnerships. 3. Liaison with NGOs & CSR Teams: Engage with NGOs working in rural women empowerment to understand their models and impact metrics. Customize documentation to reflect shared goals and co-create scalable interventions.Who Should Apply? We welcome students or early-career professionals who: Are pursuing BBA / MBA, or BA / MA / PhD in Economics, Development Studies, or related fields. Have strong communication skills and a passion for gender-inclusive development. Are proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely. Want to build a career in CSR, fundraising, or social impact—especially with a focus on rural women.
