This role combinestechnical expertise, customer engagement, and product advocacyto deliver world-class solutions and support.Why join Sapaad? ✅ Work on aglobal SaaS producttrusted by thousands of restaurants ✅ Leaddeployments, onboarding, and customer training ✅ Engage directly with customers todrive satisfaction and success ✅ Collaborate with afast-paced, innovative teamof developers, designers, and product experts ✅ Grow your career in adynamic, product-focused environmentWHAT YOU’LL DO Product & Customer Expertise Develop a deep understanding ofSapaad’s software products and services Act as theprimary point of contactfor customers in your city, building trust-based relationships Understand each client’sbusiness requirementsand configure their Sapaad account accordingly Deployment & Training Leadonboarding and deployment activitiesat customer sites, including hardware setup (POS terminals, printers, KDS, etc.) Conducttraining sessionsfor restaurant staff—cashiers, managers, and F&B managers Sharebest practicesto help restaurants maximize the value of Sapaad Support & Troubleshooting Provideremote and on-site support , ensuring high availability for your portfolio of customers Take ownership ofuser issues , track tickets, collaborate with engineering, and report on root causes Escalate critical issues promptly while coordinating with internal teams for resolution Customer Engagement & Advocacy Communicate with users inclear, friendly, and professional language(verbal and written) Proactively engage with clients toanticipate needs and offer solutions Delight customers andturn them into brand ambassadorsfor SapaadYOU’RE A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE 0–2 years of experience insoftware deployment, technical support, or account managementin F&B, POS, or SaaS domains Strong knowledge ofhardware setup and troubleshooting(POS systems, printers, networks) Excellentcommunication skillsin English and at least oneregional Indian language(Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, etc.) Ability totrain and educate end usersacross different roles Strongproblem-solving skills , independent thinking, and ability to work under pressure Highly available andwilling to travel locallywithin the assigned metro city for client visits Passion fortechnology, customer success, and delivering great user experiences
