We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Executive to join our team and support our growth in the digital space.Budget: SGD 600-800Overview As an Project Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Project Managers in Singapore with day-to-day operations and coordination across multiple digital projects — not limited to custom PHP systems, SharePoint sites and Sitefinity projects. This is a fast-paced role suited for someone organized, tech-aware, and comfortable managing communications between clients, developers, designers, and business teams.Responsibilities: Assist Singapore-based Project Managers in managing timelines, deliverables, and resource coordination for various web and software projects. Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams including developers, designers, and business analysts. Collaborate closely with developers and designers to ensure project milestones are met on time and according to quality standards. Assist in preparing project documentation, guides, and simple client-facing materials. Act as a reliable point of contact for clients when Project Managers are in meetings or on leave — clear and professional English (written and spoken) is essential. Ensure all assigned tasks are carried out effectively and meet client expectations. Regularly provide status updates to the Project Managers and flag any issues or delays promptly.Requirements: 1–2 years of project coordination or management experience, preferably in a digital agency or web-related environment. Strong communication skills, with a focus on clear and professional written English. Ability to prepare user-friendly documentation and guides for clients. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in different locations.
