Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for engineering and non‑engineering roles, from manpower requisition to candidate onboardingSource, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and professional networking channels to build a strong talent pipelineCoordinate and schedule interviews efficiently, ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring processPartner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical and behavioral competencies, and hiring timelinesMaintain and regularly update recruitment pipelines, trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports to ensure data accuracy and transparencyManage offer discussions and negotiations, ensuring timely closures within defined turnaround times (TAT)Coordinate with the PAN‑India recruitment team to support hiring closures and centralized workforce planningTrack and monitor manpower requirements across functions and locations to align hiring efforts with business objectivesMonitor closure status and hiring progress, providing regular updates and insights to the HR Head
