This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and acquiring new MSP/VMS clients while building long-term strategic partnerships from India.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and acquire new MSP/VMS clients in the US staffing marketDrive end-to-end client acquisition, from lead generation to contract closureBuild and nurture strong relationships with MSP programs and vendor partnersDevelop and execute strategies to penetrate new MSP accountsCollaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and fulfillmentMaintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and consistently meet revenue targetsStay updated on US staffing trends, MSP/VMS program requirements, and compliance standardsRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience working with US MSP/VMS programsStrong understanding of the US staffing sales cycleDemonstrated success in client acquisition and business development from India for US clientsAbility to build and manage MSP/vendor relationshipsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to work effectively in US time zonesPreferred QualificationsExperience in IT, Engineering, or Non-IT staffingExisting network within MSP/VMS programs is a strong advantageStrong hunter mindset with a target-driven approachAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join UsOpportunity to build and scale US business from IndiaHigh-impact role with direct contribution to revenue growthPerformance-driven culture with growth opportunities
