Job Summary: The Consultant Care Specialist is a key member of the delivery and engagement team responsible for ensuring a positive and seamless experience for IT consultants throughout their assignment lifecycle. From onboarding to offboarding, the Consultant Care Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for consultants, helping them navigate company processes, address concerns, and maintain strong engagement and retention. This role is vital in promoting consultant satisfaction, reducing attrition, and strengthening the company’s brand as an employer of choice in the IT staffing industry.Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in consultant care, employee relations, staffing support, or HR within the IT staffing industry. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to manage a high volume of consultants while maintaining strong relationships. Familiarity with HR systems, ATS/CRM tools- Fieldglass/Bull Horn/Oracle Fusion and timekeeping platforms. Knowledge of employment types and work authorization categories (W2, C2C, 1099, H-1B, OPT, etc.)
