This is a remote, full-time position.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic, etc.).Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and recommend strategies to meet KPIs.Manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum return on investment.Collaborate with internal teams (Account, Creative, Data) to deliver integrated media solutions.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.Qualifications3–5+ years of professional experience in media buying (digital, programmatic, social).Solid expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic platforms (DSP/SSP).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and project management abilities.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Remote-first, international working environment.Professional training and career development opportunities.Comprehensive benefits package.
