We are known for our high-end, cinematic aesthetic and our ability to merge technical printing precision with elite-level design.As a remote designer, you will be the creative engine of the company, working directly with the Directors to shape the visual identity of major regional brands and innovative packaging solutions from anywhere in India.The RoleWe are looking for a high-caliber Remote Graphic Designer who specializes in the intersection of structural packaging and premium brand strategy. You aren't just making /"layouts/"—you are building brand worlds. You should have a deep appreciation for dramatic, high-contrast, and editorial-style visuals, with the technical ability to ensure those designs are 100% production-ready for offset and digital presses.Key Responsibilities1. Packaging Design & Structural EngineeringDevelop innovative, structural packaging designs (Dielines) for diverse sectors (FMCG, Retail, Industrial).Create realistic 3D product mockups and renderings to help clients visualize the final product.Incorporate high-end finishes into designs, such as Spot UV, Embossing, Foil Stamping, and Matte/Gloss laminations.Prepare meticulous print-ready files calibrated for Akiyama Multi-Colour Offset and Ricoh Gen 6 digital machinery.2. Brand Identity & Visual StorytellingCraft comprehensive brand identities, including logos, typography systems, and color palettes.Utilize Mayur Print N Pack’s signature aesthetic—bold reds, rich yellows, and golds—to create high-impact corporate materials.Design and maintain /"Brand Bibles/" (Identity Guidelines) for our premium B2B clients.Produce /"cinematic/" and /"editorial/" style marketing assets for LinkedIn and professional social networks.3. Remote Collaboration & WorkflowParticipate in virtual briefings and brainstorming sessions with the Bhubaneswar-based leadership team.Manage project timelines independently using digital tools (Notion/CRM) to ensure no deadline is missed.Provide digital proofs and iterate quickly based on Director feedback or client requirements.Required Expertise & SkillsSoftware Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Proficiency in 3D Rendering software (Adobe Dimension, Blender, or Esko) is a significant advantage.Print IQ: A deep understanding of the /"Screen-to-Press/" journey. You must understand how colors, bleeds, and substrates (Paper, Corrugated, Vinyl) behave in the physical world.Design Aesthetic: A portfolio that leans toward Premium, Bold, and Dramatic styles. We value designers who can handle /"white space/" as effectively as /"high-contrast/" visuals.Communication: Proactive communication skills.
